Static HTML on Cloudflare's CDN costs us almost nothing to serve. Charging you a recurring fee for that would be charging you for nothing. The migration is the work; the migration is what you pay for.
You already have the Git repo of your site (delivered on day one). You point your domain at any other static host — Cloudflare Pages and GitHub Pages are both free — and you're back online in an hour. We publish a "if you're reading this, we're gone" guide on day one too. More on this.
Same reason. Once the migration is done, our marginal cost to keep your site online is zero. We're not going to invent a reason to invoice you.
New features that didn't exist on the original site (a new booking system, a custom calculator, a real-time API). Those need a separate quote — we'll do them honestly. Content edits to existing pages are always free.
